Orthodonic Model Resin

Product introduction

Orthodontic Model Resin is a specialized resin material designed for digital dentistry, suitable for 3D printing high-temperature-resistant dental models. The printed model surface is smooth with high detail reproduction and superior molding accuracy. Possessing excellent thermal resistance, the model can withstand the high-pressure impact of hot-press molding instruments with minimal deformation under elevated temperatures. It features high surface hardness (85D) and balanced toughness, making it the ideal material for orthodontic working models and clear aligner thermoforming masters.

Orthodonic Model Resin

Product Features

  • High Temperature & Pressure Resistance: Engineered to withstand the heat and mechanical stress of vacuum forming and hot-press thermoforming machines without thermal deformation.

  • High Molding Accuracy & Crisp Detail: Formulated for precise orthodontic models with razor-sharp tooth contours, tight margin fits, and exact tooth alignment.

  • High Hardness (85D) & Surface Toughness: Delivers robust structural strength with zero brittleness, preventing edge chipping or cracking during thermoforming and handling.

  • Low Shrinkage & Dimensional Stability: Low volumetric shrinkage (< 3.1%–3.3%) ensures consistent dimensional accuracy across long print runs and long-term storage.

  • Fast Curing & Easy Post-Cleaning: Optimized for rapid 1.5–3s layer exposure on standard 365–405nm monochrome LCD/MSLA printers and easily cleaned with 95% IPA
